We provide weekly insights through the MWNS Parent Portal, where you can access detailed evaluations after each lesson. Our tutors are equipped to support students with diverse learning needs, including those with learning difficulties or special educational needs. We offer personalised assistance and resources tailored to address individual challenges, ensuring that every student receives the support they need to succeed in Year 11 English.
We understand that scheduling conflicts may arise, which is why we offer flexibility for rescheduling lessons up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. If your child is unwell, they can join their lesson from home using our online Student Portal, or you can reschedule with a doctor’s certificate. Additionally, withdrawals require 14 days’ notice, and any prepaid fees will be credited for future use.

No. Our Centres are closed on Public Holidays and no fees are charged for these days. Public Holidays which we celebrate during the year are: Australia Day, Good Friday, Holy Saturday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, King’s Birthday & Labour Day.
