Absolutely! You are more than welcome to speak with your child’s tutor before or after their lesson if you are able to come into the centre. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to send an email to your Centre Coordinator and they will be sure to pass on your message prior to your child’s lesson.
No. Our Centres are closed on Public Holidays and no fees are charged for these days. Public Holidays which we celebrate during the year are: Australia Day, Good Friday, Holy Saturday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Queen’s Birthday & Labour Day.
If you choose to discontinue your child’s tuition, we simply require 14-days notice. Your child is welcome to attend their scheduled lessons during this notice period. Kindly initiate withdrawals via email (admin@mwns.com.au). Upon withdrawal, any remaining fees for the term will be credited to your account. Please note that refunds are not provided.
Our Assessments, valued at $89, are designed to help identify your child’s areas of strength and areas that need building. Our Curriculum Coordinator will provide you with a detailed report to help you decide if your child has gaps in their learning and if they would benefit from tuition.
