For Year 1 students who may be slightly behind compared to peers, learning with a delay or difficulty, or just too shy to ask questions in class, we recommend an Individual Lesson.
Micro Groups
With a maximum of 3 students, the tutor swiftly rotates between them. and in alignment with what they are learning at school. During these personalised lessons, schoolwork and gaps in their knowledge will be focused on.

Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely! Parents are permitted to reschedule a lesson via our Parent Portal. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice or a doctor’s certificate for rescheduling. Failure to reschedule within the current term will result in the forfeiture of the lesson. Please note that no credits or refunds will be provided for absences.
If your child is feeling slightly unwell, they are encouraged to stay home and participate in their lesson online. In the event that they are significantly unwell and you can provide a doctor’s certificate, we will gladly arrange a rescheduled lesson within the current term.
We welcome payments in Cash, by Credit Card, through Bank Transfers, or via an Automatic Payment Schedule using Ezidebit. For all ongoing enrolments, it’s necessary to establish an Automatic Payment Schedule, processed either on a fortnightly basis or for each term.
Our centres remain closed on Public Holidays, and no fees are applied for these days. The Public Holidays we observe during the year include Australia Day, Good Friday, Holy Saturday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, King’s Birthday, and Labour Day.
Yes, lessons are held on Pupil Free Days, as these days may vary depending on different schools’ schedules.
If you decide to discontinue your child’s tuition, we just require 2 weeks notice. During this notice period, your child can continue attending their scheduled lessons. To initiate withdrawal, kindly email us at admin@mwns.com.au. Upon withdrawal, any remaining fees for the term will be credited to your account; please note that refunds are not available.
