At MWNS, we employ a multifaceted approach to assess your child’s progress. This includes regular interaction with tutors on a weekly basis, informal assessments conducted during classes, and evaluations aligned with the curriculum.
Through our Parent Portal, we provide weekly progress updates and detailed written evaluations, enabling parents to closely monitor their child’s development and receive valuable feedback from our tutors.Administration
Absolutely! We understand that scheduling conflicts may arise, so parents or students can reschedule lessons up until the day before the scheduled session via the Parent Portal. We kindly request a 24-hour notice or a doctor’s certificate to reschedule a lesson.Â
If you decide to withdraw your child from our tuition services, we kindly request a 14-day notice period. During this time, your child is welcome to attend their scheduled lessons. Withdrawal requests should be sent via email to admin@mwns.com.au.
Our Individual lessons are one-on-one with the tutor and cost $96/hr. Our Micro Group lessons have a maximum of 3 students in them and are $63/hr.Â
We welcome payments in Cash, Credit Card, Bank Transfers, or through an Automatic Payment Schedule through Ezidebit.
For Ongoing Enrolments, it is necessary to establish an Automatic Payment Schedule, which can be processed either on a fortnightly basis or per term.
Our Year 9 English Assessments serve as a tool to pinpoint your child’s strengths and areas requiring further attention. Following the assessment, our Curriculum Coordinator delivers a comprehensive report, offering insights into your child’s learning journey and helping you determine the potential benefits of English tuition by identifying any existing learning gaps.
