Building Confident Learners
for over 20 years
For over two decades, MWNS has been on a mission to transform learning into a fantastic adventure! Since 2003, we’ve specialised in crafting personalised lessons that make education enjoyable and effective for your child.
Every session is uniquely tailored to meet your child’s specific needs, allowing them to learn at a pace that feels just right. Our dedicated Eastern Suburbs tutors focus on the concepts taught at school, ensuring your child not only understands but excels, building both skills and confidence.
Join us in making each lesson a meaningful step toward your child’s ongoing success!
School Alignment
Our lessons are thoughtfully designed to integrate seamlessly with your child's school curriculum. This not only enhances their understanding of schoolwork but also equips them with the confidence to complete homework, ask questions, and actively engage in classroom activities.
Our Tutors
Selected with care by our Principal, Sia Goutzas, our team consists of qualified educators and proficient English & Maths tutors, all passionate about your child's learning.
Mastery Based Learning
Our Waverley tutors begin by evaluating your child's current level and address any gaps before progressing. By ensuring the mastery of each concept, they are able to strengthen understanding and develop confidence.
Our Resources
Within our Eastern Suburbs Centre and online, we house an extensive pool of over 15,000 resources. Your child's tutor takes great care in selecting and utilising these materials, ensuring that lessons are personalised to cater to your child's specific learning style.
Meet Ms Maria
Our Eastern Suburbs Centre Coordinator
Ms Maria is a qualified teacher who loves helping her students develop confidence in their learning and themselves. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Primary Education from the University of Notre Dame Australia, and she has experience teaching in various primary schools across Sydney (with a special interest in EALD and diverse learning).
She believes that students often lack the motivation to learn and thrive in environments that do not acknowledge their strengths and their needs, so she actively ensures she highlights a student’s strengths whilst focusing on areas that need building. Ms Maria ensures all her teachers at Waverley strive for the same goal as her – building confident learners!
